Another one of those classic satellite images you might like to add to your collection. This morning we went for a lockdown walk in the sub-zero temperatures along ny the river Peffery, and as we did, the last of what was left of the shower clouds from the firth drifted west overhead, it produced some light snow which continued for a while out of an almost clear blue sky and long after the cloud had moved away. We don’t get enough winter days like this in the UK anymore which I think is a great shame. I could have added some pointy little arrows to pick out the snow cover and the convergence line in the English Channel but I’m sure you can figure it out for yourselves.
