An April to remember

As one station falls out of drought another couple pop up across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The end of the absolute drought shouldn’t detract from the fact that this has been an exceptionally dry April, and possibly one of the driest calendar months ever seen at many climate stations across the country. That coupled with the unusually high number of air frosts make this truly an April to remember.
