Another cold day in the north

A stream of snow showers are continuing to fall across Ross-shire today, the weather radar shows that the showers are strung out and aligned along the northwesterly flow. Inbetween some very bright April sunshine and blue skies which contrasts sharply against white of the lying snow. Temperature anomalies across the north are close to 7°C below the LTA for 12 UTC, still hanging onto positive anomalies across the far southeast.
