Another late minimum at Glascarnoch

I was going to report that the coldest place in the UK SYNOPs overnight was again the AWS at Loch Glascarnoch with a [18-06] minimum of -6.7°C. But cloud from showers tracking to the west of the station must have affected the station around dawn, but when they cleared and the wind dropped the air temperature at 10 UTC had dropped to -9.6°C. I will have to check the 21-09 data when the MIDAS climate data is updated in a couple of months time to see just exactly how cold it got there.
