Binbrook wet spot

I noticed a hot spot, or should that be a wet spot, right along the northern part of the Lincolnshire wolds from the heavy rain that fell from storm Odette. I spent four of the more happier years of my Met Office career at RAF Binbrook until 1987, a real baptism of fire for many forecasters off their initial forecasting course (IFC). I wonder what gusts that old anemograph would have recorded if the mast had been left up and an AWS installed? Red pixels here indicate accumulations of 40 to 50 mm, but Norfolk seems to have fared much worst with purple pixels suggesting estimated totals of 50 to 60 mm or higher here in the last 33 hours or so.
