Chris you’re right – it’s not looking too bad

An early frost with a shallow fog in the strath this morning, which thickened up just after dawn into thick fog for a couple of hours, both of which were I never heard forecast yesterday evening, or even mentioned in the national BBC forecast this morning. That fog has now lifted and dispersed leaving another lovely blue sky day across northern Scotland in a similar vein to Sunday’s weather. Chris Fawkes grudgingly acknowledged that “…western Scotland and Dumfries and Galloway not looking too bad” in the 1158 AM forecast on the BBC, I don’t personally see Inverness, Easter Ross the Black Isle or Caithness as being in western Scotland, but at least he seems to be only suffering from a less severe form of Scotia Myopia, and by the way Chris, you’re right, it’s not looking too bad.
