Delhi records coldest May day in 70 years

Delhi recordest it’s coldest May day in 70 years on Wednesday this week and just go to show that there are places other than Europe that are also suffering from a cold May this year. The incessant heavy rainfall from Cyclone Tauktae helped lower temperatures across a large part of India away from the coast, and as you can see from the chart below some extreme anomalies were close to 20°C below my best guess LTA.

This extreme weather event was a good way of testing my latest global temperature application.
