For the last three days the haar that’s been adffecting the east coast of England and Scotland has been stubborn to clear. Here in easter Ross it took till almost tea time yesterday before it finally went to reveal a lovely blue sky. Today it’s been slightly quicker for the sun to finish it off, but it won’t be long before the sun won’t have the energy to shift it and we’ll be stuck with it right through the day. The haar this week does seem to be more stubborn than usual to clear this August or is it just my imagination. The SST in the Moray firth to look above average at the moment but then again the air is very humid as the TV weathercasters are constantly telling us.
