Low Ferdinand set to keep south

Low Ferdinand (if that’s what the Germans end up calling it) is forecast, like a number of other lows recently, to take an ESE’ly track across Ireland and southwest of England on Thursday, helping maintain the cold northerly flow down across Scotland, notice how far south the 528 dam thickness line is on the UKMO chart for 12 UTC. The solution from the top three models is similar for Thursday. November is shaping up to be another cold month by the looks of things if this forecast is correct.
