November 2019 – England and Wales rainfall

Although November 2019 was very wet in some areas principally, but not exclusively the Don Valley in South Yorkshire, the monthly total across the grid that makes up the EWP area was only 138.8 mm (150.2% of the LTA) making it the 34th wettest November in a series that started in 1766. The linear trend in that time indicates that Novembers are now 14.4% wetter than they were back in 1766. As you can see from the above table there have been a smattering of entries since the millenium.
