November 2019 in northern Scotland

In the 1910 gridded data series from the Met Office it was the coldest November since 2010 (-1.6°C) and the driest since 1993 with just 46% of the LTA in northern Scotland. Although bright sunshine was also above average at 126% of the LTA, it was not as sunny as 2018. The number of air frosts was 13.8 the highest number since November 1996 and almost twice the average.
