Overnight rainfall totals

Estimated accumulations from weather radar
<25mm grey threshold

It was quite a dreich and wet day across Scotland yesterday, and not much has changed this morning across the north. There are some purple pixels in the accumulations chart for the last thirty hours indicating estimated totals approaching 200 mm across Lochaber, which is almost twice as much as anticipated in the yellow warning for heavy rain, and much further north than the “mountains of Argyll”, so it was a good idea that the Met Office updated the warning area yesterday, but you can’t win ’em all or so they say.
