September 2019 in central England
There was nothing exceptional about mean temperatures in September 2019 in central England. The mean was 14.29°C which was 0.69°C above the 1961-1990 LTA. The only thing I can think of to liven up this post is to add that it’s been a very long time since we had a really cold month in central England. To put it statistically this means that just 7 of the last 48 months have had negative anomalies.
