UK slightly warmer, drier and sunnier in the last 20 years

I was just looking back at the linear trend of 12 month moving averages for the last twenty years for sunshine, temperature and precipitation across the UK that I have taken from the monthly gridded data series maintained by the Met Office, and noticed that they are showing slight increases in both temperature (+0.04°C per decade) and sunshine (31 hours per decade), as well as a decrease in precipitation (-17mm, per decade) in that time.
