Was Winchcombe wettest?

I notice on twitter that Winchcombe had 12.6 mm of rain yesterday according to the tweet by the Met Office, and was the wettest place in the UK on Monday, which seems rather odd as it seems to avoided all the rain in their weather radar animation. I only captured weather radar images from 06 UTC yesterday, but Winchcombe looked like it remained dry during that time. Surely the wettest place must have been somewhere in the northwest Highland, but even here a lot of the rain in the weather radar early yesterday afternoon never reached the ground.
