Both Arctic and Antarctic sea ice doing well

This might come as a bit of a surprise to some of you but rather surprisingly, in this ever warming world of ours, both Arctic and Antarctic sea ice extents are doing well so far in 2021. For the 26th of May Arctic sea ice extent is 95.9% of average, and in the Antarctic sea ice extent is 101.6% of the 1988-2016 long-term average, both are significantly up on where they were last year on the same date. All the stats are in the tables of these two infographics.
