Updated snow warning and the A9

Because we are in lock down and are so dependent on supermarkets for just about everything at the moment, it’s vital that the shelves remain well stocked. In our part of Scotland the main route south is the A9, which I’m sure is used each day by the vast majority of lorries that supply our local supermarkets, as it’s much the shortest and quickest route. If it did became blocked because of snow for any length of time these lorries would have to divert via Aberdeen and head west along the A96 if that wasn’t too badly affected in Aberdeenshire. I would guess that “impacts” from anything such as this happening have already been factored into the current snow warning, the likely impacts of which I notice has just been increased.
